OUT! Bowled. Chris Jordan to Trent Boult. Half volley, middle stump backing away driving, missed to. Cleaned him up, it was only a matter of time with Boult never looking to get in line. England square the series. England have destroyed New Zealand by the massive margin of 76 runs in Napier to level the T20I series 2-2. Dawid Malan and Eoin Morgan set things up for the tourists, the two left-handers combining for 182 runs in a destructive partnership to take the game away from the Black Caps. Malan became just the second Englishman to score a T20I century and his captain almost became the third before falling in the final over. The Kiwi bowlers were well below their best, wilting under the pressure and serving up plenty of rubbish. They got off to a flier in response with the bat before wickets began to tumble. Matt Parkinson snared four wickets, reward for bowling slowly and inviting the big shots. England weren't perfect in the field but they were always ahead of the game thanks to their colossal total. So we are set for a thrilling decider in Auckland on Sunday, definitely not an occasion to miss.

FOUR! Chris Jordan to Trent Boult. Slower ball back of a length, outside off stump backing away pulling, top edge in the air uncontrolled past fine leg for 4 runs. Boult is a very unconventional batsman to put it mildly. He moves all around the crease and plays some very strange shots. Jordan seems to find it quite funny.

OUT! Run Out. Sam Curran to Trent Boult. Full toss, off stump backing away driving, mis-timed to mid off, direct hit by Jordan. Jordan is a gun fielder. Boult wanted a single but then realised he couldn't take on Jordan's arm, by that time Sodhi was stuck too far down the pitch. The Sussex man hits the stumps direct.

19.6
.
Tim Southee to Sam Billings. Short, outside off stump down the track pulling, missed to wicketkeeper for no runs, fielded by Seifert. England have smashed their best ever T20I score in Napier to set New Zealand a very daunting target. Two left-handers were the chief architects of the carnage - Dawid Malan blasted an unbeaten 103 and Eoin Morgan smoked 91. The hosts were well below their best with the ball, serving up plenty of filth for the English to feast upon.

FOUR! Blair Tickner to Eoin Morgan. Slower length ball, to leg on the front foot driving, well timed in the air under control past deep extra cover for 4 runs. Delightful batting, this time Morgan stays slightly legside of the ball. He is manipulating the field masterfully.

APPEAL! Blair Tickner to Dawid Malan. Off cutter length ball, down leg side on the front foot flick, hit pad to silly mid off for no runs, fielded by Taylor, appeal made for L.B.W. Another review, the third umpire has been busy this evening. It's a simple one for him, it pitched comfortably outside leg stump.

OUT! L.B.W. Mitchell Santner to Tom Banton. Stock length ball, outside off stump moves in front reverse sweeping, hit pad to. Prolonged appeal, Santner likes the look of it and convinces Southee to go for the review. Banton was attempting something rather ambitious and pays the price, ball tracking shows three reds. New Zealand needed that, the young man was looking to take the game away from them. Santner's superb series with the ball continues.

Start of England Innings. Welcome to coverage of the Fourth T20I between New Zealand and England in Napier. The Black Caps have hit their straps after a loss in the series opener, leaving the tourists in a do-or-die situation to try and force a decider in Auckland on Sunday. England's relative inexperience has shown over the last two encounters, their young players will need to learn quickly at this level in order to survive. The hosts have been pretty consistent throughout and will be keen to complete the job at McLean Park this evening. Trent Boult makes a return for the Kiwis today in place of Lockie Ferguson, and Daryl Mitchell replaces the ill Jimmy Neesham. The visitors welcome back Jonny Bairstow and Chris Jordan to their side, the former will be in action straight away as they are asked to bat by Tim Southee.

OUT!

APPEAL! Matthew Parkinson to Ross Taylor. Leg spinner length ball, middle stump on the front foot slog sweeping, hit body to silly point for no runs, fielded by Billings, appeal made for L.B.W. That looked a decent shout but Parkinson barely even asked the question. Ball tracking shows it was plumb, that should've been a fourth wicket for the spinner.

SIX! Matthew Parkinson to Ross Taylor. Leg spinner length ball, middle stump on the front foot slog sweeping, well timed in the air under control over deep mid wicket for 6 runs. Taylor isn't going to give up without a fight. This one is given some thump and it goes flat as a pancake over the fence.

OUT! Caught. Matthew Parkinson to Daryl Mitchell. Leg spinner length ball, off stump down the track driving, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to long on, by Jordan. Parkinson is on a roll - he keeps floating them up and the Black Caps keep hitting them to fielders. Jordan had to charge from long off to long on but he is a fantastic athlete and made it look simple. England cruising towards victory now.

OUT! Caught. Matthew Parkinson to Colin Munro. Leg spinner length ball, outside off stump on the front foot slog sweeping, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to deep mid wicket, by Brown. Another one for Parkinson, the Lancashire leggie is putting England firmly on top in Napier. Again he shows bravery to toss this one up and Munro can't resist attempting to smash him into the crowd. Brown isn't entirely convincing in taking the catch but he gets the job done to spark celebrations for the tourists.

OUT! Caught. Matthew Parkinson to Colin de Grandhomme. Leg spinner length ball, to leg down the track flick, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to deep mid wicket, by Banton. Parkinson gets rewarded for his courage. He gives this one plenty of air to invite de Grandhomme to try and hit him for another six, the Kiwi number four obliges and finds a fielder. Banton is used to having gloves on so he did well to cling on.

SIX! Matthew Parkinson to Colin de Grandhomme. Leg spinner length ball, off stump down the track driving, well timed in the air under control over long off for 6 runs. It didn't take de Grandhomme too long to get his eye in. One sighter before a skip down the pitch and a crisp wack down the ground.

OUT! Caught. Chris Jordan to Tim Seifert. Slower length ball, down leg side on the front foot working, leading edge in the air uncontrolled to mid on, by Curran. That's a simple catch for Tom Curran, he had an age to settle underneath it. Jordan deceived Seifert with a well disguised variation, causing the right-hander to be through his shot way too early. The hosts have no choice but to keep on attacking despite the loss of wickets.

OUT! Caught. Tom Curran to Martin Guptill. Full toss, middle stump on the front foot flick, in the air uncontrolled to mid wicket, by Malan. Malan's night just keeps getting better. After a sensational century now he can add a catch to his name after gobbling up Guptill's tame chip. Tom Curran with the breakthrough England needed, they will have been starting to get a little bit worried by the rapid start.
